Bidwell Health for Claude
Ask about Bidwell’s services, supported states, visit process and care limits, using the practice’s published information.
01 · Get connected
In Claude, open Customize → Connectors, then Add. Choose Add custom connector, or Custom → Web if that is the menu shown.
Use the name and server URL shown here. If asked for authentication, choose No sign in. Bidwell does not require an API key, OAuth credentials or custom request headers.
Finish adding the connector. In a conversation, open + → Connectors and enable Bidwell Health. Review any tool permission prompt, then try a question below.
Menu labels and access can vary by account. A work account may need an administrator to add the connector first. Claude’s current setup guide

View the registry entryPublisher: io.github.verdansk69/bidwell-health. Directory presence and ownership verification do not establish medical endorsement or approval in Claude or ChatGPT. Adding a custom connection is separate from finding an app in a platform’s directory.
05 · A little help
Use the custom connector steps above if your account supports them. A custom connection does not require a public directory listing. If the Add option is missing, check your account’s connector access or ask your workspace administrator. Read Claude’s setup guidance.
Check that Bidwell Health is enabled for the current conversation and that its read-only tools are permitted. Begin your question with “Use Bidwell Health” and ask for an official source. A Connected label alone does not mean a particular answer used the connector.
This public connector needs neither. Check that the server address exactly matches the URL above and select No sign in if that option is shown. Do not enter patient credentials. If setup still requests a key, use the official setup guide or contact connector support.
Check the full server URL, then try again later. The connector reports unavailable information when it cannot verify a public source after its cache expires. You can also read the practice website directly. For technical help, email support@bidwellhealth.com with the app name and general error message, without personal, medical or payment details.
The public endpoint uses Streamable HTTP MCP. A compatible client may support adding the URL, but setup and access vary. Review that client’s data handling before connecting. ChatGPT uses a separate public information profile with a narrower set of tools; this guide does not establish its directory availability.
Open Claude’s connector settings, find Bidwell Health and use the disconnect or remove control. This removes the AI connection; it does not change a patient account or an existing visit.
This connector cannot access a patient account, review symptoms, diagnose, prescribe, book a visit or take payment. A service being available does not establish your individual medical eligibility. Any visit requires your own intake and clinician review on Bidwell’s website. No assistant may fill or submit a visit form.
Do not send names, dates of birth, contact details, symptoms, medical history or payment information to the connector. Your AI platform separately handles your conversation under its own policies. Read the connector privacy notice.
Answers use the practice’s public service catalogue, official service guides and source-checked excerpts. Cached sources refresh after five minutes when used. An information check is not a new clinical review.
