Scope

This notice applies to Bidwell Health’s ChatGPT public information profile. It does not replace OpenAI’s policies or Bidwell’s patient-care privacy notices.

Information received

Tools accept a service identifier, a state or territory selected from fixed lists, or no arguments. Requests also contain technical protocol and network information. Do not send names, contact details, symptoms, medical histories, documents, medication lists, payment details or conversation excerpts. Unsupported inputs are rejected, but may already have reached the hosting and AI platforms.

Use and storage

The application retrieves only allowlisted public practice sources. It does not forward tool arguments, credentials or incoming headers to the practice website. It has no patient database, prescribing, email, payment or account access. Raw arguments, conversation contents, IP addresses, request identifiers and exception details are not written to application logs. Fixed operational failure codes are recorded at most once per code per minute per running instance. The application keeps public-source caches in memory for five minutes. No individual history, durable tool counter, cookies or advertising tracker is enabled.

Hosting and platform processing

Netlify hosts the endpoint and OpenAI processes connector activity under their respective policies. They may process technical information such as IP addresses and request times. Netlify’s Free plan provides up to one day of function-log visibility; this is not a promise that all infrastructure records are deleted after one day.

Navigation links carry the same fixed labels for everyone: chatgpt / connector / public_care_directory. They contain no personal identifier. Canonical source citations remain untagged. If a person chooses to open a link, the practice website’s privacy notices apply. The practice uses Plausible for approximate campaign referrals. The connector does not join tool calls to identified visitors, paid visits or patient retention.

Control and contact
